FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS – Registration and field trip fees will be paid cash on site, at the reception desk, Bahia Othon Palace Hotel, on the August 14th 2005, starting 10:00 a.m.

SYMPOSIUM FEES INCLUDE – Participant and student members: the right for submitting one or two contributions, welcome reception, access to scientific sections and exhibitions, coffee breaks, symposium documents and publications, and closing cerimony. Accompanying members: welcome reception, access to exhibitions, coffee breaks, and closing cerimony.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – Cancellations of registrations should be notified in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellations received from April 1st to June 30th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations received after July 1st 2005.
